Please note that this item arrived packaged in a different model's box. our listing is for the correct item. this item arrived with signs of significant use, the brushes are heavily used and the light green spinning brush will likely need to replaced at some point. Additionally this item arrived without the self-empty base vac bags but these are meant to be disposed of after use and they can be replaced. tested for power, suction, mobility, return to base, charging, and wifi/app connectivity. see photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
