Please note that this item arrived appearing new but upon testing the item is meant to come with a samsung s-pen, this is not required for use and this can be replaced. additionally the volume control button does not push in on the down side which means the user will need to use the touchscreen to reduce volume. this should not effect use in a significant way. Tested for power and function with wifi and both camera function. see photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
