PLEASE NOTE this item comes with a manual that is not in English, based on the manual we believe that the item may actually have 2 shelves in it, we are not sure if all of the parts are in the box but while there may be enough parts for 2 racks there is definitely enough for one whole shelf

This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
