Item has marks, scratches and dirt present from previous use. The bike has been powered on and it does accelerate and is fully functional. The rear brakes will need some work. The lock and 16-in-1 simple assembly tool is missing, this bike will need some additional hardware for full assembly. please view the photo's attached.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
