Item may have some minor scuffs/scratches on it as a result from shipping. Item is being marked "as-is" as there is something wrong with one side of the adjustment plates and is getting stuck/not functioning (which is resulting in being unable to adjust the weight and properly use the item as intended). Customer will need to fix/address the problem in order to effectively and properly use the item. See attached photos.
