item has dirt/dust/hair inside robot and inside base unit from previous use. Item has been set to French on the bot but once connected to app you can switch that back. Mop heads have dirt from use, can be washed. Item was connect to app. Tested item for power, function & app control. (see photos) Item should be cleaned before use
