Please be aware that this item arrived with clear signs of light prior use. there is minor coffee residue in and on parts of the item but nothing that should effect use. additionally this item arrived without the latte go milk container, this will limit some uses but this can be replaced. tested fpoor basic power only. This item will not be eligible for our warranty unless the machine was descaled & cleaned using the manufacturer's instructions. If you require additional time for our warranty in order to clean these machines, please reach out to us before your specified warranty deadline. Due to the high sensitivity and frequent upkeep of operation on these units, additional cleaning may be required. If not descaled with model specific cleaning product, the units may become clogged and will cause potential operational issues. Please refer to the manufacturers operations manual for detailed cleaning instructions.
