**Tested for power, basic movement using the button on the robot. Unable to test app connectivity due to incompatibility with our warehouse network.** Item has significant dirt/debris build-up in docking area and dustbin/filter area, several markings/debris along the exterior, odour/residual water in reservoirs, wear on mop roller, as well as main roller and side brush from previous use, see photos. Item does not include a ramp piece for the base station and may require a workaround before robot can dock, see photos. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or nick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
