This QLED TV did not power on during our inspection, so we are unable to confirm the functionality of the screen or internal components. It is being sold as-is with no guarantee of full operation. There are, however, other components that may be salvageable, such as the frame, ports, housing or internal parts. Cosmetically, the unit does not show signs of previous use, such as surface marks or dust. Please refer to the photos for the exact condition and included parts.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
