this item appears new, but has some scuffs and scratches. the ladder sides are also not completely straight, please see photos. You are able to buy extension kits on amazon to extend the track the ladder slides on to cover more that 3.3ft.

This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use.
