This is meant to be a massage recliner with heat, but the cord at the back that connects to the remote is heavily distressed and cannot be used. As well, please be aware both arms are missing the two pieces of metal that screw on, which are used to attach to the chair and will need replacing. See the pieces on the side to know how they look. Small distress in the pu leather on the foot rest area. Light intents on the chair material from being strapped to a skid.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
