Left side of the screen has some lines that are very visible with use, as well as a dead pixel on the upper right hand side of the screen. We tested this TV with an HDMI and a laptop, as though we connected to our wifi we could not get it to update while on it. Tested for connectivity, power, colours and sounds.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
