Lister condition notes:
Item shows signs of being previously used. There are some small areas of rust spots/scuffs/scratches/scuffs on various parts of the item as a result from previous use. The item is being marked as having issue as it is missing the safety chains. The adjustable saddle might need some lube as it sticks(hard to move). See attached photos.
