upon inspection we have found that some of the metal parts are already put together and have scuff marks and scratches around the assembly points meaning that this item has been previously assembled, some of the plastic pieces at the end of the wooden slats are scuffed and chipped. the manual for this item is missing meaning we are unable to confirm if all the pieces for assembly are present, however it does seem that all pieces aside from the wooden slats are present, the wooden slats will need to be replaced as some of them are missing. see photos below.
