Please be aware that this item arrived without much of the pieces it is meant to come with. the power cable, stand, and base were not included but these can be replaced. additionally this item arrived with minor cosmetic damage to the part used for wall mounting but nothing that should effect mounting going forward. The monitor itself appears to function normally.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
