Please note that there are signs of previous use. The screen has an issue with the backlighting, and there are some white spots that are difficult to capture in photos. Additionally, there is a dead pixel located near the bottom center of the screen. The HDMI cable is missing but can be easily replaced. There are also scratch marks on the back of the TV. Tested for power and functionality. (Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
