**Tested for power, movement, spot clean/return home functions.** Item has minor wear on the mop pads, main roller and side brushes, a couple minor markings along the exterior from previous gentle use, see photos. Item does not include multi-surface floor cleaner or a cleaning brush, see photos. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or nick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
