This item has been tested and left on for 10minutes and is deemed working. There are lots of shipping residue and scratches, and marks present from being shipped loose. please view the photos attached.

This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
