Please note that the top styrofoam is missing from the original packaging, and there is a 6-inch horizontal scratch in the middle of the screen. Since the styrofoam is missing, the product has been wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent damage. It has been tested for power and functionality(Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* All TV's and monitors should be inspected at our facility before leaving. We will strongly urge you to ask our staff for assistance in checking the condition of your display during pick up. This is done for customer peace of mind and for warranty purposes. If you refuse the on-site inspection, then any damage to the display, screen or physical damage done by transportation or handling will void our warranty/refund (issues not caused by transport/handling will still be covered; for example, an issue with volume control or WiFi connectivity).
