Please note that this product has been previously used. The lid on the top has been broken and the metal tray on the base is missing from the original packaging. There are heavy scratch marks on the top and on the sides from previous use. There are water stains on the water tank. Tested for basic power only. (Please see photos)

This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
