appears lightly used due to dirt marks present on both sides. has been tested for power. one of the boards only has the top part of the ring light up. one of the boards doesn't light up, cannot test due to type of batteries needed. this is most likely fixable by putting in new batteries. blue plastic pieces on bottom are also missing.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
