Please note that this item arrived packaged in a different model's box, our listing is for the correct model. additionally staff was only able to test for basic power as the item arrived without a power supply or pen. staff was able to test using a voltage switcher but the power supply and pen will need to be replaced prior to use. please be aware of these issues prior to placing bids.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
