The test dip indicators and coffee scoop are missing from the original packaging. The back panel has come off but can possibly be refitted. There is coffee residue on the top of the grinder. The small lid on top has a minor crack, and there are coffee stains around the product, along with minor scratch marks on the side and base. The product has been tested for basic power functionality only. (Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
