Upon inspection we have found that tis item is missing the remote, one of the windows and the clips for the seat belts are broken. this item also could not be tested due to the power cord being missing, we recommend the customer obtains the power cord separately but if this item cant be turned on after being charged or if the power cord cannot be obtained separately than this item can still be used for pretend play without any battery power. see photos below.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
