Item shows signs of being previously used prior to being returned. There is some minor dirt/debris/scuff marks on parts of the item as a result from previous use/shipping/storage. During our testing we found the noise of the vibrations to be a tiny bit louder than normal but that didn't seem to interfere with the functionality of the item.
