Upon inspection we have found that this item works once powered on however there is no power cord with this item as it did not come with a power cord and we had use a spare one from our warehouse, we have also found that the Bluetooth signal is very weak as when tested we found that when distance is made between the speaker and the device its Bluetooth is connected too the speaker starts to lose signal and it will crackle and cut in and out, there is a small amount of dust on this item from our warehouse and shipping process. see photos below.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
