Door is loose at the bottom and will need to be properly attached; this is likely due to the small denting on the right side. As well, the main smoker heat box is missing, and as such we cannot test for heat or power. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
