Please note that this product has been repackaged. The monitor stand set, manual and the remote are missing from the original packaging. There is a defective pixel in the right corner. The back of the monitor has scratches and dirt residue. The box it came in was large, so the monitor was bubble-wrapped to prevent damage. It has been tested for power and functionality. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* All TV's and monitors should be inspected at our facility before leaving. We will strongly urge you to ask our staff for assistance in checking the condition of your display during pick up. This is done for customer peace of mind and for warranty purposes. If you refuse the on-site inspection, then any damage to the display, screen or physical damage done by transportation or handling will void our warranty/refund (issues not caused by transport/handling will still be covered; for example, an issue with volume control or WiFi connectivity).
