Please note that there are installation marks on the handle pole and scratch marks on the sides near the reflector lights. There is dust and dirt residue on the wheels, as well as minor scratches and scuff marks on both sides of the grip handles. The power, different modes, top speed, brake, and lights have been tested (Please see photos)
