We cannot test this item. the filter powers on but there is something loose on the inside that is rattling. this item is quite used and has dirt and marks present from use. Although the hot tub/the bottom/ and the filter are present it appears that this hot tub is missing several small attachments are hardware, what we have in our pictures is what is present. please view the photo's attached.,

This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
