This item arrived brand new and sealed, during inspection box 2 had split apart, we needed to open box one to ensure that the other 2 legs wered present (on the underside of the cardboard it is verified to be present, its just really hard to photo). We also used the manual present. to the best of our abilities it appears to be all present. this item is very very heavy and is quite large, please bring appropriate vehicle and manpower for pick up.
