Please note that this product has been heavily used. The side brush is damaged, the extra side brush, dust bag is missing from the original packaging. There are scratch marks on the sides and top of the robot vacuum. There are dust/dirt/hair residue on the roller brush, side brush and on the wheel. Tested for power, movement, suction and charging through manual power button. (Please see photos)
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
