Item has a few light scuffs on the charging case, minor debris on ear tips and in crevices from previous gentle use, see photos. Item's right ear bud does not produce audio. Item does not include a charging cable. The left ear and charging case are still functional, see photos. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or nick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
