item is opened, there is no way to verify if all peices are there but all of the peices look new and not handled, there is no obvious fraying or even fold lines from repetitive opening/closing of the board.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This Item has been handled, tested if needed and inspected by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and has been deemed complete with no visible issues. This item is in new condition but the seal on the original package or box has been previously opened for an unknown reason or the retail tags that should be on it was removed. The contents will either be still in sealed bags and or cords untouched which is completely new. Or the contents can be in appears new condition but the bags have been previously opened and/or contents have been handled unwrapped.
