Please note that this item arrived packaged in a different items box but our listing is for the correct item. Additionally this item arrived missing the spout for the steamer but this will only effect some uses and this can likely be replaced. The item arrived with clear signs of light prior use. there is minor wear in and on the item but nothing that should effect use. This item will not be eligible for our warranty unless the machine was descaled & cleaned using the manufacturer's instructions. If you require additional time for our warranty in order to clean these machines, please reach out to us before your specified warranty deadline. Due to the high sensitivity and frequent upkeep of operation on these units, additional cleaning may be required. If not descaled with model specific cleaning product, the units may become clogged and will cause potential operational issues. Please refer to the manufacturers operations manual for detailed cleaning instructions.
