Lister condition notes:
Item shows signs of being previously used prior to being returned. There are minor scuff/scratch marks on the item and some minor burn marks as a result from previous use/shipping. We are unable to test the item due to it's nature. Customer will probably need to replace the 2 batteries. Item marked as having issue as it is missing the funnel and hose. Customer will also need to rebuild/fix part of the base/assembly of the item and might need some additional hardware to do so. See attached photos.
