Item shows signs of being previously used prior to being returned. There are some minor scuffs/scratches on the item as a result from previous use/shipping. We are unable to test the item due to it's nature. Customer will also need batteries. The top of the item has a couple small bends in the metal but that shouldn't affect the functionality of the item. See attached photos.
