The recorder appears new however it does not include the proper power adapter. This item could not be tested since it is missing its power adapter. In order to use this item, you will need to purchase a compatible 53V 1.81A power adapter separately, which can be found on amazon. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick.
