Item shows signs of light use - traces of dirt in dirty water tank, dirt, dust, and stains on the mop pads. Upon testing, we were able to operate the vacuum using the built-in button controls, but it would not connect via the app. Machine's language was set to a different language by previous user. Please see photos.
