item came to us with no information other than the brand, item was laid out and measured in house, we are unsure if this is meant for indoor or outdoor use as we were unable to find the item online, but similar ones seemed to be set up indoors. pegs are in sealed bag

The contents will either be still in sealed bags and or cords untouched which is completely new. Or the contents can be in appears new condition but the bags have been previously opened and/or contents have been handled unwrapped.
