Audio from playing a vinyl comes through the on-board speakers very quietly, barely audible at max volume, we are unable to test to determine whether this issue persists if using external speakers. Other modes seem unaffected; item's fm radio, bluetooth, and cd functions came through at a normal volume.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
