Lister condition notes:
-item has various signs of age/use like scratches/scuffs/chips in the wood and smells old - the entire unit is shifted out of square (see photos to see where the wood came apart at the seams) should be able to repair - all drawers are functional, some are a little 'sticky' but that would very likely be fixed if the item was repaired
