One of the frames is out of the sealed plastic and has come apart, but this is how they are supposed to be to add in photos This appears to be sold in packs of 3 as well, so we believe it was put in the wrong box rather than the right box missing 2 frames.

This item is in new condition but the seal on the original package or box has been previously opened for an unknown reason or the retail tags that should be on it was removed. The contents will either be still in sealed bags and or cords untouched which is completely new. Or the contents can be in appears new condition but the bags have been previously opened and/or contents have been handled unwrapped.
