Item appears new. There may be some minor scuffs/scratches on some of the metal pieces as a a result from shipping/storage. Item marked with issue as it is missing part #8, #10, #9, 2 x #7, 2 x #19, 2 x #23, #12, #13 and #14. See attached photos. This item is considered very large or heavy. We recommend bringing help to load this item and an appropriate vehicle for transportation. Our warehouse staff has been instructed to not assist in loading any large or heavy items due to liability issues.
