Item shows signs that it has been previously used prior to being returned. The plastic housing surrounding the motor assembly is cracked/broken in several spots. Upon testing for power, we found that the internal belt etc is not moving at all and as a result the unit was not filling with air, hence why the item is being marked "as-is". The wheels are a bit wobbly. See attached photos.
