Item is only the outdoor main air conditioner unit. There is no remote included like seen in the cover photo. Customer will require purchasing the mini indoor unit (which is the 2nd box out of this 2 box multi-box). Item appears new and unused. Unable to test item due to it's nature. See attached photos.
*GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* This item has been handled/inspected, tested if needed by our listing staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and for an unknown reason arrived to our facility with an issue. This item has been deemed in new condition from our listing staff and shows no signs of use. This issue can either be a very minor/major cosmetic issue which most likely occurred during shipping such as a dent, indent, scuff, stain, scratch or knick. If not a cosmetic issue, it can be a function issue with the item itself or there could be certain parts missing to make the item complete from how it is sold originally.
