The product shows signs of previous use, including dust and dirt residue, as well as hair residue on the brush and filter due to previous use. There are also minor scratch marks around the product and on the charging base. It is recommended to clean the product before use. The product was tested by connecting it through the Ecovacs application and was assessed for movement, cleaning performance, wall detection, and brush functionality.
