This was used in our facility and is already preassembled. there is several wood chips and other small cosmetic blemishes present. there is some wood fill present that is visible, this can be sanded down. there is a little split on the back right corner. the magnetic door stopper on the left side is a little loose. please bring an appropriate vehicle for pick up as this item is quite large. Please bring additional manpower for pick up. see photo's attached.
