The item has signs and marks present from previous use, however it is missing the plug-in adaptor. The 3ft tree is loose from the cement base (see last two image) may be fixed. Cannot test the item because it is missing the plug-in adaptor. *GENERIC CONDITION STATEMENT* Item has been handled/inspected by our staff to the best of their ability/knowledge and a noticeable issue has been found.
