Condition notes:
Item shows signs of being previously used prior to being returned. There may be some minor scuffs/scratches on the item as a result from previous use/shipping/storage. During our testing, we found there might be a slight wiring issue as the sounds don't ever stop while the item is powered on. One of the headlights also doesn't light up. Customer may need some hardware to assemble and build the item. See attached photos.
